Regulated as both a UCITS and AIFM manager, ECP provides bespoke investment solutions for private and professional investors. At board level, we support ECP by assessing the current market environment and relevant macroeconomic trends. This allows us to challenge and refine their future development plans, from major capex investments to strategic organizational decisions.

Company level

We support ECP’s leadership by contributing to strategic development and consolidation initiatives, ensuring the organization is well aligned for long-term growth. Deminor is a global litigation funding firm founded in 1990. We support Deminor in structuring its board to ensure optimal functioning. The aim is to build a governance body that fully meets the company’s strategic needs while bringing diversity of backgrounds and expertise to strengthen decision-making.

We support Deminor’s CEO by jointly defining the strategic vision together with our advisors, while also establishing clear KPIs that provide transparent insight into the company’s progress and development.

Using Afriwise, busy legal teams are relieved from tedious gathering and double-checking legal intelligence and have time to spend on those high-value tasks that make a difference to their business.

Board level

We helped setting up and appointing new independent board members. We also challenged when it came to strategic matters and the business plan. All this whilst showing the importance of keeping the focus on existing products and knowhow.

Company level

We support in interviews whilst hiring top management profiles. Support the CEO in various capital raises over the years. Also supported during Due Diligences of previous acquisitions.

SOD.DEL operates as an agent and distributor for several worldwide leading producers of mineral fillers on the European market. Our goal is to improve the economic and ecological sustainability of our European industries by assisting our customers in finding the best cost-effective solution for new or ongoing developments and enabling more transparency in all steps of the supply chain.

We were the first to join the board as such helped change the way management reported drastically. Due to vast experience helped management in the direction of the planned European development strategy that is put in place. Opened our network for growth acceleration.

We support CEO on weekly basis, by understanding current market dynamics and matching it with our network. This can be on business development, M&A, strategy, employment and more.
